• Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery
• Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery
• Returns for buyer’s remorse are subject to a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Vintage, one-of-a-kind, custom, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund
• Items must be unused, in resellable condition, and in original packaging with all components
• Returns must be securely packaged; items damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund
• Returns must be sent using a trackable and insured shipping method; we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
• Return authorization is required prior to sending any items back
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery and will be replaced or refunded upon review
