At Sara Burnard, we partner with a curated selection of suppliers to offer a wide range of home décor and luxury accents. Each piece in our collection is sourced from trusted partners, and return terms are tailored to the nature of the item. Because of this, return policies may vary by item.

Please refer to the “Returns Policy” section on each product page for the specific terms that apply to your item.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@saraburnard.com within the return window specified on the product page.

Return requests must be submitted by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on the final day of the applicable return window to ensure processing with our fulfillment partners.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.


Return Conditions

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, items must be:

  • Unused and in resellable condition
  • In original packaging with all tags, inserts, and accessories
  • Securely packaged for return shipment

Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method, and we strongly recommend insuring your return shipment.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit during return shipping.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable including orders that qualified for free shipping
  • Some items may be subject to restocking fees as outlined on the product page

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the timeframe specified on the product page.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon review.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact support@saraburnard.com


Final Sale Items

Certain items are designated as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
