How long does it take to process my order?

• Art Prints & Canvases: 2–7 business days

• Framed Prints & Framed Canvases: 3–12 business days

• Antiques, Sterling Silver, Silver Plate & Pewter: 4 days

When will my order ship after processing?

• Home Decor: 1–5 business days (varies by carrier & destination; calculated at checkout)

• Art Prints & Canvases: 2–5 business days

• Framed Prints & Framed Canvases: 7–10 days (FedEx, USPS, or GLS; oversized items ship via FedEx Freight Direct)

• Antiques, Sterling Silver, Silver Plate & Pewter: 2–5 business days
  These items always ship insured due to their value.

How much does shipping cost?

• Free shipping on orders over $100* - Certain oversized, specialty, or partner-fulfilled pieces may ship at calculated rates. Any applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout.

• Carrier-calculated rates at checkout for all other orders

• We do not ship internationally at this time

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email support@saraburnard.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We handle damage-in-transit issues case by case and always aim for a satisfactory resolution.
